Kasspar OWA Desk Private Preview
What this is
Kasspar OWA Desk is a closed preview for approved Kasspar members. It helps you prepare and check request-for-quotation emails in Outlook on the web, so every message goes to exactly the recipients you reserved, with the right attachment, and no address is contacted twice.
Getting access
Access is granted by a Kasspar administrator. You need an invitation, an approved account, and a computer that the administrator has authorised. The extension on its own cannot be used without all three — it will simply say that the computer is not set up.
Getting help
- If you already have an account, sign in and use the Set up page, which walks through installing the Windows component and the extension.
- If you are locked out, cannot activate a computer, or something is not working, email support@kasspargroup.com and say which mailbox and which computer you were using. Please do not include passwords.
- If you were invited by a colleague, they can also reach the administrator for you.
Reporting a security concern
Email support@kasspargroup.com with the subject "Security". Please do not post details publicly until we have replied.
For store reviewers
This extension cannot be exercised without a preview account, the Kasspar Windows component and an administrator-approved computer, because every request is signed by a key held on that computer. If you are reviewing this item and need a test account, email support@kasspargroup.com and we will supply credentials and a test build.
